Warranty & Craftsmanship Coverage
We build outdoor spaces to last — and we stand behind every installation with clear, straightforward coverage.
Materials Warranty
All paver and hardscape materials we install — including pavers, segmental retaining-wall blocks, and natural stone — are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering material defects and color integrity.
Craftsmanship Warranty
We provide a craftsmanship warranty on all installation work, covering proper site and base preparation, grading, hardscape installation, edge restraints, and finish work. Terms are set per project based on scope, site conditions, and material selections, and are detailed in your project agreement.
Maintenance Items
Sealing and polymeric sand are maintenance items that require periodic reapplication — typically every 2–3 years in the Southern California climate — and are not covered under the craftsmanship warranty. We offer maintenance plans to keep your paver investment performing and looking its best for years to come.
